K N Travels: Service Terms & Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of K N Travels' services ("Services") by you ("Customer"). K N Travels is a travel services provider based in India, offering leisure and corporate tour and travel arrangements for individual customers.

2. Booking and Confirmation

a. Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or in person at our office.

b. To confirm a booking, a deposit may be required. The specific deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.

c. Full payment is due [30 days] before the departure date unless otherwise specified. Bookings made within [30 days] of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

d. Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or post.

3. Payments

a. K N Travels accepts payment via [credit card, debit card, bank transfer, UPI].

b. We are not responsible for any bank charges associated with your payment.

c. In case of non-payment by the due date, K N Travels reserves the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.

4. Cancellations and Amendments

a. Cancellation charges will apply depending on the time of notification before departure:

* 60 days or more - 30% of the total tour cost.

* 30 days to 60 days - 50% of the total tour cost.

* Less than 30 - 100% of the total tour cost (no refund).

b. Amendments to your booking may be possible, subject to availability and additional charges.

c. All cancellation requests and amendment requests must be made in writing via email or post.

5. Travel Documents and Responsibilities

a. Customer is responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas, and travel insurance. K N Travels can provide guidance but does not guarantee obtaining visas or meeting entry requirements.

b. Customer is responsible for reconfirming flight schedules and checking in for flights on time.

c. Customer is responsible for adhering to airline baggage restrictions and fees.

6. Limitations of Liability

a. K N Travels acts as an intermediary and does not assume responsibility for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local guides).

b. K N Travels is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising out of Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, strikes).

c. Our total liability is limited to the total cost of the booked travel arrangements.

7. Travel Insurance

K N Travels strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.

8. Right to Change Terms & Conditions

K N Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [City, India].
